About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, welcoming service creating a positive atmosphere for customers
• Prepare food and beverages following standard or customized recipes, including ingredient adjustments
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety standards
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and efficient
• Adapt to various tasks throughout each shift to support store operations

Candidate Qualifications

• Genuine enjoyment in interacting with people and working collaboratively
• Strong communication skills to engage customers and team members effectively
• Focus on quality and pride in delivering excellent products
• Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible and reliable with attendance and punctuality
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
• Willingness to learn quickly, follow instructions, and ask questions as needed
• Ability to perform multiple roles within the store during shifts
