Overview

This opportunity is for fresh graduates aiming to build a career in retail customer service. The role involves direct interaction with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact point for customers throughout their journey.
  • Facilitate a positive experience across all customer touchpoints.

  • Manage queries, complaints, and escalations effectively.
  • Resolve issues promptly while upholding high service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer problems.
  • Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify customers at risk of churn and implement preventive measures.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to relevant departments.
  • Suggest improvements to processes to elevate customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Track key performance indicators like CSAT, response times, and resolution durations.

Terms and Conditions

  • Contract duration is six months.
  • Salary is fixed at 3500 AED per month.
