About the Role

A healthcare-focused Supply Chain Specialist contract position is available in Riyadh to support clinic operations. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating procurement, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance in the issuance of medical and non-medical supplies. It requires a hands-on approach and is best suited for professionals with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in hospital or clinic environments seeking growth in healthcare supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming supplies, organizing them and keeping accurate records.
  • Maintain and supervise inventory levels, tracking reorder points and safety stock to avoid shortages.
  • Distribute supplies to clinical teams adhering to required documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal teams to coordinate procurement requests.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards.
  • Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to update records, generate reports, and assist with month-end reconciliations.
  • Support inventory audits such as cycle counts and physical stocktaking, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Contribute to enhancing inventory management processes and documentation methods.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Between 2 and 4 years of experience handling supply receiving, inventory control, or similar roles within hospitals or clinics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, especially inventory or procurement modules; knowledge of healthcare management software is advantageous.
  • Good command of English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of functioning efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Additional Information

This is a contract position for an initial term of six months through TASC Outsourcing payroll. Immediate availability is preferred. The position is based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a confidential healthcare/clinic network. No salary details or number of openings have been disclosed.
