- Keep the transcript in order without unexplained missing sections or gaps
Requirements
- Native-level or near-native Burmese fluency in both speaking and writing
- Excellent Burmese writing skills, including spelling, punctuation, and grammar
- Ability to work on your own and consistently meet daily output goals
- A computer and reliable internet connection
- Availability of at least 4 hours per day
- Transcription experience is helpful but not mandatory; all applicants must complete and pass a qualification test
Quality Standards
- Delivered transcripts must maintain a word error rate of 5% or lower
- Speaker labeling must be exact, with no mistakes in identifying channels
- Submissions are checked continuously, and feedback is shared quickly
- Any file that falls below the required quality level will be sent back for revision
