Position Overview
We are seeking a French-speaking Voice Actor for a contract role focused on CX Agent Voice Cloning with a neutral Standard French accent. This role is fully remote and involves a weekly commitment of 5 to 10 hours. Compensation ranges from $50 to $150 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Record superior quality voice samples covering varied script types such as conversational, narrative, and instructional material.
- Produce speech that is clear, natural, and expressive while managing tone, pacing, and pronunciation effectively.
- Ensure consistent voice quality, accent uniformity, and delivery style throughout multiple recording sessions.
- Adhere strictly to recording protocols concerning environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
- Perform several takes embodying different emotions, emphases, and vocal styles when requested.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Native or equivalent proficiency in French with a neutral, standard French accent free from regional influences.
- Demonstrable experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, or broadcasting.
- Possession of professional or near-professional audio recording equipment.
- Mastery over intonation, clear diction, and emotional vocal versatility.
- Dependable availability of 5 to 10 hours weekly over the duration of the project regardless of location.
- Preference will be given to those experienced with TTS, audiobook narration, IVR systems, or AI voice data collection.
- Familiarity with audio editing software such as Audacity, Adobe Audition, or Reaper is advantageous.
- Capability to perform multiple vocal styles is highly regarded.
