Role overview
Project 10 is offering an independent partnership for recruiters, talent sourcers, and staffing professionals who already have access to suitable candidates in Germany and want to refer them for open roles. This is a performance-based collaboration rather than a permanent employment position.
What you will do
- Recommend matching candidates for the open positions of client companies
- Use your own network, sourcing channels, or existing candidate relationships to identify suitable profiles
- Do an initial review of qualifications, work history, language ability, and availability
- Submit promising candidates through Uvvo
- Coordinate with Uvvo to align candidate profiles with suitable job openings
About the process
Uvvo manages the direct cooperation with the companies, while you focus on finding and referring appropriate candidates.
Profile and requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting, active sourcing, HR, or staffing is an advantage
- You should have access to qualified candidates in Germany
- You need a solid understanding of professional qualifications, resumes, and application documents
- Candidate data must be handled carefully and professionally
- Good German is required; English is a plus
- A self-driven, dependable, and results-focused way of working is expected
Eligibility
Priority is given to candidates who are already in Germany or have valid work authorization. Support for visa or work permit applications is not provided.
