Role Overview

As a Freelance Production Artist, you will coordinate and oversee the mechanical production processes related to visual merchandising and display design. This part-time role involves working onsite in Soho, New York, dedicating 20-25 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough quality checks on all elements to prepare final production art files, ensuring top-tier print production standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Visual Merchandising team to transform artwork concepts into finalized production-ready artwork.
• Create multiple versions of artwork tailored for different markets, including North America, Europe, and the Middle East.
• Ensure all artwork aligns perfectly with final die lines and complies with production tolerances for die cutting.
• Maintain brand consistency and uphold quality benchmarks while ensuring all regulatory content is accurate.
• Prepare and export final files for print production.
• Participate in prototype reviews to monitor and ensure quality control.
• Manage routing process changes by collecting necessary materials and coordinating artwork distribution across various teams.
• Update both existing and new artwork as well as implement design modifications as needed.
