Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Freelance News Reporters to join our team remotely from across India. This position is flexible and allows you to report from your own city while producing compelling video news stories in Hindi.

Key Responsibilities

Spot and cover pressing community issues in your area.
Conduct field interviews with everyday people in streets, marketplaces, and neighborhoods.
Capture authentic opinions, experiences, and suggestions from public voices.
Produce complete engaging video reports lasting 8–10 minutes with 7-8 public soundbites.
Ensure clear audio and video quality, seek verbal consent as appropriate, and maintain unbiased accuracy in reporting.
Conduct all reporting strictly in the Hindi language.

Eligibility Criteria

Currently pursuing or completed a graduation in Mass Communication.
Own a smartphone or basic camera with good recording capabilities.
Possess confidence and respectfulness to approach and interview strangers.
Have enthusiasm for truthful, impartial storytelling; no prior experience is necessary.
Good communication skills.

Compensation and Work Details

Payment ranges from ₹300 to ₹1,000 per approved video based on quality, storytelling depth, and production value.
Flexible working hours allowing you to work at your convenience.
Payment is inclusive of travel, cameraman (if utilized), and equipment costs within your city.
