Role Description
We are seeking a talented freelance sales associate specialized in multi-brand beauty products to join our Regina team. This role involves offering expert makeup applications, skincare advice, hair and fragrance consultations. Your passion combined with technical skills will help deliver a personalized, engaging, and inspiring customer experience at retail outlets.
You will collaborate closely with a motivated team to support in-store events and maintain exemplary visual merchandising standards that set our stores apart from competitors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably some retail experience; however, beginners with creative and technical talents are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to deliver authentic, personalized, and uplifting customer service experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and special event hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience handling retail POS systems is required.
- Must have legal authorization to live and work in Canada to be considered.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated base hourly wage ranges from $17.75 to $28.55, depending on your qualifications, skills, experience, and the company's budget, typically reflecting a 40-hour workweek scaled appropriately.
