Role Overview
The Field Marketing Executive (Junior Sales Representative, Automotive) will champion the Milwaukee brand in Croatia, specifically engaging trade partners and end users from sectors such as automotive, rail, aviation, and marine. This individual will play a central role in product demonstrations, market education, and event participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a variety of Milwaukee power tools and accessories to professionals and distribution partners in the transportation industry.
- Conduct training sessions focused on performance benefits and safe usage of products for both end users and partners.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product, trade, and application knowledge.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, providing timely reports.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events as a brand ambassador.
- Assist distribution partners with merchandising activities within stores.
- Undertake other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

- Willing to travel and work away from home as needed, including some weekends (by prior arrangement).
- Possession of a clean driving license.
