Job description
About the Company
Trivial Chapter Europe has been a trusted partner for international investors since 2008. Specializing in business investment, company incorporation, and immigration services, they operate across key European markets. Their team of tax lawyers, immigration specialists, and legal professionals manages everything from business formation and residency to banking and regulatory compliance. Working closely with real estate, mortgage, and insurance partners, they help clients and their families successfully transition to life in Europe.
Position Overview
The Business Development Manager will focus on growing Trivial Chapter’s international manpower and recruitment solutions within Albania and across Europe. This position centers on establishing and nurturing relationships with employers in sectors such as hospitality, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, and agriculture. While prior sales experience in manpower or recruitment is an advantage, it’s not mandatory—enthusiasm and proven outreach capabilities take precedence.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to employers both in Albania and throughout Europe.
- Consult with employers to understand workforce needs, define project volumes, required skills, and deployment deadlines.
- Obtain authorization for hires and process work permits within varied blue-collar work domains.
- Organize regular meetings with employers and secure signed employment offer letters on a monthly basis.
- Assist with embassy coordination for visa appointments following employer-issued work permits.
- Manage the full sales cycle of manpower solutions, including coordination and support for recruitment events and campaigns.
- Develop lasting, strategic business relationships with an array of employer partners.
- Work collaboratively with internal recruitment and operations teams to fulfill manpower commitments.
Candidate Requirements
- Some experience in business development, recruitment, or sales is valued but not strictly required.
- Demonstrated ability in outreach, relationship-building, and negotiation with employers.
- Confident in engaging employers directly and finalizing hiring arrangements.
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to work independently from a remote setting.
- Proven record (or strong potential) in achieving monthly business targets within a performance-driven, commission-based model.
Work Arrangement
- This is a remote, full-time position; freelance collaborations and flexible work structures are also available.
Compensation
- Attractive and flexible compensation packages tailored to work model and performance.
