Join Birla Opus Paints as a Franchise Associate, an exciting opportunity based in Dongargaon, Chhattisgarh. The role focuses on representing the brand by engaging contractors and distributors to drive sales growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly take-home salary ranging from ₹13,500 to ₹15,000.
- Monthly mobile phone allowance of ₹400.
- Daily travel allowance of ₹130 to cover commute expenses.
- Performance-based incentives up to ₹12,000 monthly to reward outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to contractors and distributors to promote products.
- Identify and develop new business prospects to expand customer base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for sustained business.
- Actively market the full range of Birla Opus Paints products.
