Role Overview: Fragrance & Beauty Intern
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the collection and management of sample and tester replenishment requests for Stand Alone Boutiques (SABs).
- Work closely with Warehouse and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery schedules for SABs during critical periods.
- Serve as liaison with wholesale partner store managers to obtain permissions for marketing installations and coordinate scheduling with external vendors.
- Manage documentation by securing high-quality images from store points of contact and maintain detailed trackers for installation progress, contacts, and pending tasks.
- Conduct primary research to identify and evaluate potential vendors for events.
- Organize sampling activities and handle logistics, including permissions and delivery coordination with malls, brand coordinators, and vendors.
- Ensure vendor deliverables such as signed purchase orders and invoices are obtained and processed; manage around 30 vendor payments during activation months.
- Support event activations and oversee the collection of post-event media assets.
- Provide administrative assistance by taking meeting minutes, formatting presentations (e.g., for food and beverage overviews), and collecting campaign performance feedback from boutique managers and teams.
- Perform competition tracking and mapping activities.
