Role Overview
The organisation is recruiting an FP&A Director for a new leadership position critical to steering strategic decision-making, supporting investment initiatives, and providing financial insights to facilitate future growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead development of comprehensive long-term financial plans in line with growth targets, strategic priorities, and investment goals.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and continuous reforecasting processes across the company.
- Build complex financial models to evaluate potential business events, investments, and market changes.
- Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and assess strategic initiatives to support executive decisions.
- Support investment decisions through thorough financial modelling, business case creation, and performance analysis.
- Provide high-quality financial insights, reports for the board, and strategic recommendations to senior leaders.
- Partner with operational and commercial teams to improve performance and assist key decisions.
- Develop and enhance FP&A processes, reporting structures, and planning capabilities as the company grows.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent credentials).
- Experience from Big 4 or Top 10 firms with solid technical and analytical skills.
- Extensive background in Group Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Corporate Finance within large corporates, multinationals, or PLCs.
- Strong commercial insight with ability to convert financial data into actionable business strategies.
- Proven expertise in forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, scenario analysis, and strategic evaluation.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management and influencing senior management decisions.
Reporting Structure
The FP&A Director will report directly to the Group CFO, be part of the senior finance leadership team, and contribute centrally to the organisation's growth strategy.
Additional Information
Salary ranges from €140,000 to €160,000 annually, complemented by bonus, pension benefits, and health insurance. The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working pattern.
