Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance the performance of the Tiki Twist Shopify store
• Introduce new merchandise and apparel collections to the market
• Collaborate with Printful to guarantee efficient product fulfillment processes
• Refine product pages, categorize collections, and improve overall customer experience
• Boost conversion rates and expand online sales volume
• Create and implement promotional campaigns and merchandising plans
• Analyze store data to suggest and apply enhancements
• Partner closely with the founder to drive e-commerce growth

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Shopify stores
• Familiarity with Printful or similar print-on-demand services preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce strategies and best practices
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Self-driven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Deep enthusiasm for launching and growing brands

Compensation and Benefits
