- Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting, revenue management, and expense control, to ensure clinic profitability and sustainable growth.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics such as patient retention, no-show rates, access times, and staff productivity to meet or exceed targets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and administrative team members to foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture.
- Oversee recruitment, orientation, and ongoing professional growth to increase employee engagement and quality of care.
- Promote a patient-centered, non-punitive, harm reduction approach in collaboration with clinical leadership.

Qualifications

- Direct familiarity with harm reduction and non-punitive care philosophies and their practical application.
- Demonstrated success tracking clinical and operational metrics using behavioral health-specific EHR systems and data dashboards.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and accreditation standards relevant to behavioral health and SUD treatment (such as CARF).
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and crisis management skills, capable of nurturing a supportive team environment during challenges.
- Ability to foster community engagement and build strategic relationships within healthcare networks.
- Passionate commitment to Steadfast’s mission of accessible, compassionate SUD treatment.
Work Schedule
Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM local time. Flexibility may be required to accommodate organizational growth and evolving needs.
Employee Benefits
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- Generous paid time off including flexible PTO, floating holidays, paid volunteer days, and four additional “Re-Fuel” days for mental health or continuing education.
- Support for continuing education and regular paid training opportunities.
- Access to an Employee Assistance Program offering free, confidential mental health counseling, legal advice, financial coaching, and health resources.
- 401(k) retirement plan with up to 5% employer matching contribution.
- Fully employer-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance as well as employer-sponsored life insurance.
- Additional perks including student loan interest discounts, health concierge services, free pet telehealth for one year, and employee discounts.
- A unique chance to shape clinic culture and operations from inception within a growing healthcare organization.
