- Lead, mentor, and develop clinical and support staff to create a positive, collaborative, and high-achieving work environment.
- Implement effective hiring, onboarding, and ongoing talent development strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and quality of care.
- Foster open communication via regular one-on-one meetings and team discussions to align objectives, resolve challenges, and uphold accountability.

- Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to ensure operations support integrated, patient-centered treatment delivery.
- Engage with community organizations, health providers, and advocacy groups to build a robust support network around the clinic.
- Serve as an operational liaison to hospital partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and high-quality service reflecting Steadfast's values.
- Coordinate with other clinic managers and leadership to exchange insights, standardize strategies, and promote operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven track record managing outpatient clinic operations in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use disorder contexts.
- Experience implementing a harm reduction, non-punitive care philosophy in clinical settings.

- Proficiency utilizing behavioral health electronic health records (EHR) and data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators such as patient retention and access metrics.
- Knowledgeable about regulatory and accreditation requirements specific to behavioral health and SUD treatment (e.g., CARF, licensure).
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills capable of fostering team development and sustained engagement.
- Competence in crisis management with empathy and professionalism to support staff and patients effectively.
- Strong community engagement skills with an ability to build and sustain partnerships with external stakeholders.
- A passionate commitment to Steadfast Health’s mission of accessible, low-barrier, harm reduction-oriented substance use disorder care.
