The Mission

We are looking for a seasoned operator-founder who has already faced the hard parts of building and still wants to create from the ground up. In this role, you will take a validated venture idea and act as the main force behind turning it into a scalable, self-sustaining business. It is a fully remote position with very high availability expectations, suited to someone who treats venture building as a calling and is comfortable operating in fast-moving digital markets around the clock.

Speed of execution, strong ownership, and the ability to get things done matter more than anything else. We are open to someone who has already exited a startup or has led the product or engineering side of a high-growth platform, as long as they can deliver. If you can recognize product-market fit, attract strong talent, and lead through the uncertainty of early-stage growth, you will be given the capital, support, and infrastructure needed to build something significant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a new venture end to end, turning an initial concept into an active business that can generate revenue.
• Set the product vision, shape the technical direction, and decide which features matter most for reaching product-market fit quickly.
• Hire, motivate, and manage a small but high-caliber team of developers, designers, and growth specialists aligned with high performance standards.
• Work with the internal architecture team on investor storytelling, fundraising materials, and efforts to secure strategic funding.
• Handle the daily operations of an early-stage company, including workflow setup and execution rhythms for the team.
• Own customer acquisition and distribution, and design growth mechanisms and viral loops that help the venture scale.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building a technology or digital business from zero to one, with the ability to make decisions despite incomplete information and limited resources.
• Strong product instincts, including an understanding of user behavior, conversion metrics, and polished interface design.
• Ability to stay highly available; this role expects full commitment and readiness to support the venture seven days a week.
• Working knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem, including tokenomics, decentralized community behavior, and digital asset operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present a compelling vision that attracts top-tier talent.

Operational Details

The position is fully remote. The schedule is on-call seven days a week, with the expectation of total commitment to manage early-stage venture cycles and global coordination. Compensation is paid in digital assets such as USDC or USDT, along with founder-level upside in the venture you help build.
