Partyhat is looking for a dependable and well-organized Community & Support Specialist to be the main contact for users. The position sits in the fast-evolving Web3 and digital assets space, where support must be prompt, precise, and security-conscious. This opportunity suits someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and is comfortable working in a modern digital economy environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle day-to-day user support requests through email, live chat, and community platforms such as Discord and Telegram, making sure replies are timely and accurate.
- Help users navigate the platform, including questions and issues connected to digital asset handling and decentralized tool integrations.
- Watch for scams and phishing activity and help maintain a secure, trustworthy community space.
- Serve as the link between users and the internal team by escalating technical issues and sharing user feedback as it comes in.
- Keep a steady presence throughout your shift so messages are addressed and tickets do not remain unresolved.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, with a tone that is professional, empathetic, and easy to understand.
- Basic familiarity with Web3, including how digital wallets function, why security practices matter, and the fundamentals of blockchain transactions.
- Comfort with a fixed routine and a commitment of 8 hours per day, 7 days per week.
- Good analytical thinking and the ability to resolve user problems beyond following a standard script.
- Ability to work effectively from home with a dependable internet connection and a backup option such as a hotspot.
Operational Details
This is a fully remote role open globally. The work schedule is 8 hours each day, seven days a week, and the role is a full-time contractor position.
