Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician trained and certified in Ford vehicle maintenance and repair to join a reputable dealership located in Auckland. This role requires hands-on experience with both petrol and diesel Ford models, ideally within a dealership setting.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance and advanced mechanical repairs on Ford vehicles.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve vehicle faults efficiently.
• Perform detailed vehicle inspections to detect potential issues and assure vehicle condition.
• Maintain precise records of service and repair operations.
• Stay informed about new Ford technologies, tools, and repair procedures.
• Work closely with service advisors and colleagues to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Follow all safety protocols and keep the workspace orderly and clean.

Qualifications and Experience

• Certified Automotive Technician qualification.
• Demonstrated expertise as a Ford Automotive Technician with hands-on diesel vehicle experience.
• Ford factory training and certification are preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities.
• A minimum of three years dealership experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills with a high proficiency in English.

Work Schedule and Benefits
