Overview

We are seeking energetic, impartial, and physically capable individuals to serve as referees for our football matches. The main objective is to uphold the fairness and integrity of the game by strictly enforcing the rules and ensuring a safe and competitive environment on the field. This position is ideal for university students or recent graduates passionate about sports management and match officiating.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee live football matches to guarantee strict compliance with all rules and guidelines for players and coaching staff.
• Render immediate and unbiased decisions on fouls, penalties, scoring, and out-of-bounds actions during fast-paced gameplay.
• Manage game timing duties including monitoring the overall duration, halftime intervals, and stoppage time as required.
• Control the match environment by mediating conflicts, managing emotions, and administering disciplinary actions for misconduct.
• Perform pre-match inspections of the pitch, match balls, and player equipment to confirm safety standards and regulation adherence.
• Prepare and submit comprehensive post-match reports detailing scores, disciplinary measures, and any notable incidents to the sports operations committee.
• Collaborate closely with sideline teams, event staff, and medical personnel to facilitate smooth game day operations.

• Thorough understanding of football rules, gameplay mechanics, and competitive standards.
• Strong physical fitness displaying stamina, agility, and the ability to keep pace with continuous match action.
• Mental sharpness to stay focused and neutral while swiftly making critical decisions under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication skills delivered with authority and professionalism to effectively manage players.
• Open to currently enrolled university or school students, as well as recent graduates with a keen interest in sports.
• Must have a flexible availability to accommodate evening and weekend game schedules.
