Role Overview

This full-time Food Service Utility role supports kitchen and food service operations by keeping preparation and service areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards. The position is based at 320 Park Grill, 320 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10022.

Schedule

The workweek is full time and shifts can change based on business needs. Typical hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with additional details shared during the interview.

What the Job Involves

You will help maintain orderly kitchen workspaces, clean equipment and utensils, and support general food service operations across back-of-house and front-of-house areas.

• Keep floors clean by sweeping and mopping to meet sanitation and safety expectations.
• Clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; clean garbage cans using steam or a hose when needed.
• Move supplies and equipment between storage areas and work areas.
• Help set up banquet tables and front-of-house service areas.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and delivering supplies and products.
• Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment as required.
• Follow all required sanitation and workplace safety procedures.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Eligible associates may also receive free meals, uniforms, and laundering service at select locations, along with an internal employee referral bonus.
