• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Oversee table arrangements, cleanliness, and uphold high service protocols.
• Address and resolve guest queries, complaints, and related service matters professionally.
• Provide training and mentorship to Food & Beverage Associates and Stewards.
• Monitor staff appearance, discipline, and attendance consistency.
• Ensure correct billing and payment transactions are followed.
• Promote additional food and beverage items prudently to increase sales.
• Maintain top-quality service adhering to company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily management and staff coordination tasks.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and general safety standards.
• Support the execution of opening and closing routines and daily operational checklists.
