Job Overview
Gan Teck Kar Foods is hiring reliable, detail-focused Food Production Packers for its Singapore operation. The role centers on safe, efficient packing of food items while maintaining the company’s quality expectations and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pack and apply labels to food products in line with order requirements and company instructions.
- Carry out visual checks to confirm product quality before items are packed.
- Prepare and organize packaging materials for production use.
- Help move, load, and stack finished goods on pallets or in storage locations.
- Keep the packing area and related equipment clean and hygienic.
- Consistently observe food hygiene, safety, and workplace safety procedures.
- Take on additional production support tasks as directed by supervisors.
Requirements
- No previous experience is needed; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Any background in food production, packing, or warehouse work is an advantage.
- Must be physically fit and comfortable standing for long periods.
- Should be able to handle repetitive work while maintaining accuracy.
- Needs to be dependable, punctual, and able to cooperate well with a team.
