Role overview

Key duties

• Keep dishwashing mats, carts, and waste units clean and hygienic.
• Wipe down and clear tables, trays, and chairs after use.
• Store clean dishes in the proper area.
• Wash and sanitize dishes and other items by hand.
• Prepare take-out orders for customers.
• Portion, wrap, and package food items as needed.
• Heat, finish, and assemble simple menu items.
• Serve customers at the counter or buffet area.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Clean food prep and kitchen spaces, including counters, cupboards, storage zones, appliances, and equipment.
• Receive deliveries, unpack supplies, and organize them in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
• Dispose of kitchen garbage and waste.
• Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.

Transportation

Own transportation is needed for this job.
