Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize equipment and surfaces such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
- Track and record food usage quantities.
- Prepare take-out orders for customers.
- Portion, wrap, and package food items.
- Heat, finish, and assemble basic menu items.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet stations.
- Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
