Job description

Job Summary

This permanent position requires working 30 hours weekly at a food service counter. No formal education such as a degree, certificate, or diploma is needed, and training will be provided to the successful candidate. The work language is English.

Primary Duties

  • Package food items for take-out customers.
  • Accurately portion and wrap various foods.
  • Prepare, heat, and complete simple food preparations.
  • Attend to customers at counters or buffet stations.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bar areas.
  • Take and process customer orders professionally.
  • Operate both manual and electric appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim food products.
  • Receive, unpack, and properly store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage spaces.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and garbage promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
