About the Role
Join Lala Litti as a Food Cart Executive, responsible for managing a roadside food cart featuring traditional Litti Chokha. This position entails preparing, serving, and selling food items directly to customers at designated outdoor locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve Litti Chokha at the food cart.
- Engage with customers to take orders and provide a positive service experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards at the food cart throughout the day.
- Handle cash transactions as well as digital payments accurately.
Additional Information
This job requires standing for extended periods and active interaction with customers at all times. The role is fully outdoors at assigned locations within Delhi-NCR. Employees will need to cover their own daily travel expenses to and from their work site.
