Key Responsibilities
- Engage guests with a positive and welcoming demeanor, proactively creating special dining moments.
- Become well-versed in all menu items, current promotions, and daily specials to confidently assist guests.
- Efficiently take and process food and beverage orders using the point-of-sale system, delivering orders promptly with keen attention to accuracy.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stocking of the food service station at all times.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations to ensure guest and team member safety.
