About the Role
Ventia, a trusted partner providing essential services to the Australian Defence community, is seeking dedicated food and beverage attendants to support personnel at RAAF East Sale. Multiple full-time and casual positions are available offering competitive hourly rates, Superannuation, and penalty rates. Key Responsibilities
- Serve military personnel during breakfast, lunch, and dinner messes.
- Deliver exceptional guest service on every shift.
- Provide bar service adhering to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining and bar areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation and restocking supplies as required.
- Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a friendly and supportive work environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in hospitality.
- Possession of or willingness to obtain an RSA certificate.
- A positive mindset and strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- Australian citizenship necessary for obtaining Defence clearance.

Additional Information
- Positions include permanent full-time and casual roles.
- Hourly pay rates are $27.10 for permanent and $32.80 for casual roles, plus superannuation and penalty rates.
