Job Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organize the breakfast area, ensuring food items are replenished promptly.
- Serve drinks and take food orders accurately using the POS system.
- Verify orders upon collection from the kitchen and deliver to guests swiftly, maintaining proper temperature, appearance and announcing items.
- Keep tables and service zones clean and orderly according to established procedures.
- Apply hygienic food service practices consistently during service times.
- Take ownership of your assigned section and workstation.
- Fulfill any additional reasonable duties requested by Supervisors or Hotel Management.
Requirements
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and hospitality.
- Energetic and friendly personality capable of building rapport quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to cooperate effectively with team members to ensure guests wish to return.
