Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organize the breakfast area, ensuring food items are replenished promptly.
• Serve drinks and take food orders accurately using the POS system.
• Verify orders upon collection from the kitchen and deliver to guests swiftly, maintaining proper temperature, appearance and announcing items.
• Keep tables and service zones clean and orderly according to established procedures.
• Apply hygienic food service practices consistently during service times.
• Take ownership of your assigned section and workstation.
• Fulfill any additional reasonable duties requested by Supervisors or Hotel Management.

Requirements

• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and hospitality.
• Energetic and friendly personality capable of building rapport quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to cooperate effectively with team members to ensure guests wish to return.
