Key Responsibilities
- Lead and organize all team functions within the department to ensure superior operational performance and strategic alignment.
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality by managing preparation and service processes based on established guidelines.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by professionally handling complaints, requests, and inquiries with timely responses.
- Report issues impacting hotel interests directly to management for swift resolution.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department (Food & Beverage Service) to boost sales via innovative events and themed food festivals specific to the outlet.
- Maintain stringent quality control, hygiene, health, and safety protocols throughout operations.
- Manage outlet activities efficiently under the approved budget and legal regulations.
- Promote excellence in service, safety, security, and adherence to organizational policies through strong leadership and example.
- Innovate product offerings and service experiences to delight guests continually.
- Assume additional duties as assigned by management.
People Management
- Cultivate strong collaborative relationships across hotel departments to improve cooperation, efficiency, employee morale, and customer service results.
- Motivate and develop team members for enhanced performance, unity, and a positive workplace atmosphere.
- Drive guest experience and profitability through strategic resource management and active team participation.
- Provide thorough training on operational procedures and safety standards to ensure staff competence and a safe work environment.
Financial Responsibilities
- Identify cost-effective resources and educate team on financial prudence and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in hotel management.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a comparable role.
- Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
- Consistently well-groomed and professionally presented.
