Food & Beverage Service Specialist (Dry)

Position Overview

At Four Points by Sheraton Riyadh, the Food & Beverage Service Specialist plays a crucial role in crafting memorable dining experiences that go beyond serving meals and beverages. This role involves setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, engaging directly with guests, delivering services, and maintaining cleanliness in work areas and supplies to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange dining areas by setting tables and ensuring readiness for guests.
• Maintain clear communication with kitchen personnel to coordinate timely and accurate food and beverage service.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to contribute positively to their dining experience.
• Keep workspaces, utensils, and supplies clean and organized throughout the shift.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies to create a secure working environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience in food and beverage service.
• Ability to work effectively without supervisory responsibilities.
• Capability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods across varying floor surfaces.
• Physical ability to move, lift (up to 25 pounds unassisted, 50 pounds with help), carry, push, and pull objects; perform reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping motions.
• Maintain professional uniform appearance, personal grooming, and communication standards.
