Role Overview

The Food & Beverage Attendant role acts as a key point of interaction with guests, delivering courteous and prompt service as a Hospitality Ambassador of the resort. The position is vital to achieving high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring quality service and comfort within the food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with all departments to facilitate the smooth and timely functioning of food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menus, beverages, services, and amenities available at the resort.
• Continuously improve professional skills to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the work environment is safe, hygienic, and compliant with privacy standards concerning guests.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school education.
• Previous work experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Proficiency in English communication.
