Rosewood Cape Kidnappers is inviting expressions of interest for Food & Beverage Attendants for the 2026/2027 season. Key duties

In this role, you will support an exceptional dining experience by looking after guests throughout service and working closely with both the restaurant and kitchen teams.

• Handle guest preferences and special requests with care and flexibility.
• Set up dining spaces to the expected standards before each service.
• Join daily service briefings to stay up to date on menus and service plans.
• Use the point-of-sale system accurately for all transactions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant staff to keep service smooth and connected.
• Work rotating shifts across breakfast and lunch, or dinner service.
• Prepare coffees, cocktails, and other drinks, including wine service.
• Deliver warm, memorable hospitality backed by strong product knowledge and genuine enthusiasm.
