About the Role
The freshly renovated SpringHill Hotel is seeking a flexible Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team. This position demands adaptability to varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Serve guests professionally, courteously, and in a friendly manner.
- Take and deliver orders efficiently and promptly.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and offerings to effectively recommend and sell items.
- Understand dietary requirements to guide menu recommendations appropriately.
- Provide guests with a pleasant and relaxed dining experience.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, following hotel policies and objectives.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous service experience in food and beverage roles.
- Fluency in English with strong communication abilities.
- Availability for shifts throughout the week, including weekends.
