JO&JOE Auckland is searching for a Food & Beverage All Rounder to join their team and contribute to a memorable guest experience. This position supports both kitchen and bar operations, ensuring guests enjoy smooth, friendly, and engaging service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and attentive service to every guest, whether local or traveler.
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders, assisting with service at bars and tables.
• Deliver food promptly with energy and care, ensuring excellent presentation and timing.
• Maintain clean and hygienic service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and promptly communicate restocking needs to the manager.
• Assist during events and busy periods to maintain a lively, inclusive atmosphere.
• Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene standards, especially those concerning food handling and alcohol service.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrate a natural talent for delivering excellent customer service.
• Be a cooperative team member with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Show strong responsibility and attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Be eager to learn and grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Preferred but not mandatory: studies in hospitality or food service.
• Minimum of one year professional experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Must hold legal authorization to work in New Zealand.
