Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our hospitality team and help deliver exceptional service standards. This position involves managing all restaurant operations including service setup, welcoming guests, and ensuring smooth service throughout.
Continuous Improvement
The successful candidate will be proactive in introducing innovative ideas and systems to enhance service quality and product experience. They will embrace and advocate positive change to improve processes, while actively encouraging input and involvement from team members.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- At least 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Supervisor within Ireland.
- Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities combined with creative problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle demanding, deadline-driven environments.
- Self-motivated with aptitude for both independent work and teamwork to meet fixed deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, including excellent written communication.
- Experience generating and manipulating reports for operational insights.
- Flexibility to assist in broader operational tasks as required.
- Familiarity with diverse office software applications and packages.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in an additional European language is considered advantageous.
