Role overview
Mount Wolseley Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort is looking for a part-time Food and Beverage Server to join its hospitality team in Tullow, County Carlow. The resort is set in peaceful countryside about an hour from Dublin and offers luxury accommodation, a championship golf course, spa facilities, a leisure club with a 20m indoor pool, and high standards of guest service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverage service in a polite, timely, and professional way.
- Prepare service areas so they are fully stocked and arranged to meet business needs.
- Stay informed about menu changes and updates.
- Work across different shifts and move between sections of the food and beverage department when needed.
- Follow all cleaning routines on a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule.
- Support other parts of the business whenever additional help is required.
- Store stock safely and in an organised manner.

- A genuine ability to provide warm, welcoming, and efficient service.
- Strong interest in hotel operations and hands-on floor service.
- A high standard of work with careful attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- The ability to maintain excellent customer service and look for ways to improve it.
