Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and consistently create the Starbucks Experience.
• Prepare beverages and food items following standard or customized recipes.
• Maintain efficient cash handling and uphold store safety and security standards.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Keep your workspace tidy and organized, even during high energy busy times.

Requirements and Qualifications

• No previous experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodations.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills to engage and understand customer needs clearly and pleasantly.
• Ability to carry out oral and written instructions and ask for clarification when necessary.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships within a team environment.
