Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests, including handling enquiry calls and managing restaurant reservations.
- Offer comprehensive menu knowledge to help guests choose their meals.
- Increase sales by skillfully recommending menu options and upselling.
- Precisely take and efficiently process customer orders ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining space.
- Respond swiftly and professionally to guest questions and concerns.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Previous experience at a hospitality venue or hotel is highly valued.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Possession of a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is mandatory.
