Role overview

Canterbury League Club is hiring energetic Food and Beverage Attendants for casual work across several hospitality areas, including The Bistro, Bakehouse Café, Bulldogs Sports Bar, The Atrium Bar, function rooms, and the cocktail bar Bartega. The club is a major Sydney hospitality venue operating across three sites, with a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences through its facilities and staff.

Key duties

• Deliver warm, efficient service to members and guests while reflecting the club’s values.
• Accurately take orders, suggest additional items, assist with food and drink preparation, and maintain consistent presentation and quality standards.
• Keep service areas clean and tidy, process payments correctly, and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Respond to patron questions and requests and share accurate information about the club.

About you

• You hold a current NSW RSA and RCG competency card, which is required.
• You have the right to work in Australia without sponsorship.
• You bring proven experience in a customer-facing role.
• You enjoy working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• You can work independently as well as cooperate well with others.
• You communicate clearly and professionally.
• You present yourself well and maintain a high standard of grooming.
• You are available for a rotating 7-day roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
