We are excited to offer a full-time position as a Food & Beverage Assistant at Mikey Ryan's Bar and Kitchen, located within the prestigious Cashel Palace Hotel. Ideal candidates will have prior bar experience though it is not mandatory. The role commences from September 1st onward.

Cashel Palace is a luxurious Palladian manor nestled in County Tipperary, Ireland, near the historic Rock of Cashel. This exquisite hotel combines natural splendour with rich history, and is recognized as a member of Ireland's Blue Book and Relais & Châteaux, creating a distinguished environment for both guests and staff.

Key Duties

• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an exceptional guest experience at Mikey Ryan's.
• Maintain superior service standards consistently while proactively seeking areas where improvements can be made.
• Support and cooperate with colleagues in the Food & Beverage department as needed.
• Engage positively and professionally with both team members and patrons to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Participate in various training programs designed to enhance your skills and advance your hospitality career.
