The Role

We seek passionate and motivated retail professionals to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will support the management in advancing sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing critically to store success.

• Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or supermarket settings
• Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and a memorable shopping experience
• Passion and knowledge of streetwear and sneaker culture
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic team setting
• Self-driven with a goal-oriented approach to meet and surpass sales targets
• Receptive to feedback and willingness to improve
• Availability to work during late nights and weekends
