We are currently recruiting Flight Test Engineers to join our onsite teams working on Airbus projects across multiple locations in Germany, including Manching, Donauwörth, and Finkenwerder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and carry out avionics ground and flight testing, encompassing the creation of test programs and procedures.
  • Track and evaluate test data collected during aircraft operations, documenting outcomes and identifying deviations.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and development of tools used for analyzing test data.
  • Work in close collaboration with design, development, and testing teams within Airbus Defence and Space.

Candidate Profile

  • A university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a closely related discipline.
  • Practical experience with FPGA development and associated design tools; candidates from any technical background are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher; knowledge of German is a considerable advantage.
  • A strong desire to advance skills in flight test instrumentation and safety-critical systems.
