Position Summary
As a Butler in the Rooms Division, reporting to the Assistant Villa Manager, you will be the cornerstone of tailored guest service, delivering intuitive and heartfelt care that reflects Miraval's core values of empathy, integrity, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer a seamless and personalized guest journey from before arrival through departure, anticipating preferences and ensuring exceptional experiences.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Culinary, Spa, Engineering, Wellness, and Transportation to fulfill guest requests promptly and accurately.
- Handle VIP arrivals, manage special amenities, and organize in-room service with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Verify readiness of guest rooms and areas prior to arrival and maintain updated guest profiles including preferences for future visits.
- Liaise with Front Office and other relevant departments to maintain service consistency and quality.
- Manage in-room dining setups for private guest experiences.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and support a calm, mindful environment.
- Report guest feedback, maintenance needs, or service discrepancies promptly to management.
- Embody the Miraval brand values by demonstrating empathy, mindfulness, professionalism in appearance, posture, and language.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality or related fields.
- At least two years of experience in luxury hotel or resort settings, ideally within Butler or Guest Relations roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English language required; knowledge of Arabic and other languages is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational abilities and passion for service and guest wellbeing.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods and occasionally carry service trays or luggage.

- Workplace is a wellness-focused resort with both indoor and outdoor settings on Shura Island in the Red Sea.
