Miraval The Red Sea is a premier wellness destination dedicated to providing holistic movement-based experiences that promote overall well-being. The facility supports guests in their journey towards physical, mental, and emotional balance by offering personalized and group sessions combining yoga, meditation, Pilates, tai chi, Qi Gong, breathwork, and other mindful movement practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct both individual and group sessions covering various modalities including yoga, tai chi, meditation, breathwork, pilates, Qi Gong, and sound healing, customizing approaches based on guest preferences and needs.
- Design and guide personalized programs focused on enhancing strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and emotional balance.
- Facilitate educational workshops that improve posture, increase body movement awareness, reduce stress, and teach energy balancing techniques.
- Create a respectful and inclusive atmosphere acknowledging diverse cultures, physical capabilities, and wellness objectives.
- Implement sessions in alignment with Miraval’s mindful well-being philosophy emphasizing self-discovery and emotional health.
- Maintain high standards of safety, professionalism, and guest service, ensuring seamless execution of all activities.
- Manage the upkeep and cleanliness of all movement spaces and equipment, promptly reporting any concerns to appropriate departments.
- Comply fully with Saudi Arabian health, wellness, cultural, and hospitality regulations.
- Collaborate with the Wellness team to integrate movement practices into comprehensive wellness offerings enhancing guest experience.
- Keep abreast of latest trends, research, and innovations in mindful movement and holistic fitness to continuously refine and improve sessions.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training to ensure alignment with organizational values and standards.
- Support marketing efforts by creating content such as articles and promotional materials highlighting movement offerings.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with guests by providing exceptional, tailored experiences that contribute to high satisfaction and positive reviews.
Qualifications
- Certification as an instructor in Yoga (RYT-200 or 500), Pilates, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, or related mindful movement disciplines.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience in luxury wellness resorts, retreat centers, or holistic health settings.
- Deep knowledge of movement mechanics, breathwork, mindfulness, and integration of mind-body practices.
- Experience in catering to diverse groups including beginners, advanced practitioners, and individuals with specific wellness needs or physical limitations.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an added advantage.
- Ability to foster a calming, supportive, and inspiring environment conducive to relaxation and personal growth.

- Strong communication and public speaking abilities to effectively engage guests from all backgrounds.
- Flexibility in adapting classes to meet individual goals ensuring a customized approach.
- Empathy and patience in responding to guest needs while maintaining a nurturing atmosphere.
