About The Role

We seek compassionate, dependable, and energetic caregivers to offer in-home childcare on an as-needed basis, Monday through Friday. This role supports children from infancy through school age, providing both full-time and part-time possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, high-quality childcare within the family home
• Engage children with age-appropriate activities
• Ensure a secure, nurturing, and orderly environment
• Assist with daily routines such as meals, naps, and playtime
• Maintain clear communication with families and our agency team

Qualifications

• Previous experience caring for children across various age groups
• Diligent, professional, and nurturing demeanor
• Flexible availability to accommodate as-needed schedules
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to acquire it
• Successful completion of a clean background check
