Fitout Site Supervisor - Client Side (Luxury Villas)

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and meticulous Fit-Out Site Supervisor to oversee luxury residential villa projects in the UAE, specializing in premium interior fit-outs and major architectural finishes. This pivotal role involves managing on-site activities to ensure all work aligns perfectly with approved plans, specifications, quality benchmarks, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate fit-out operations ensuring adherence to architectural and interior design specifications.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee alignment on workmanship quality, resource allocation, logistics, and budgets across the project lifespan.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects, focusing heavily on luxury villas or upscale residential developments in Dubai.
• Proficiency in managing high-level architectural finishes, bespoke joinery, marble and stone installations, ceilings, partitions, and façade components.
• Experience in integrating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects with architectural elements, including detecting clashes and facilitating solutions before commencement on-site.
• Deep understanding of materials, craftsmanship, and execution standards specific to luxury fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination tailored for upscale fit-out work.
• Familiarity with local UAE regulations, authority requirements, and inspection procedures.
• Skilled in reviewing and coordinating Issued For Construction (IFC) drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Experience managing inspection requests, preparing method statements, overseeing material submittals, and maintaining as-built records.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, and acute attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with capacity to work collaboratively across teams and with third parties.
