Fit-Out Technical Manager (Hospitality Projects)

Role overview

This opportunity is for a technically strong fit-out leader to oversee delivery on luxury hospitality and resort developments. The position is centered on execution rather than design, architecture, commercial work, or broad project management.

The ideal candidate will bring direct, hands-on experience in fit-out delivery for hotels, resorts, or other high-end hospitality projects and will be responsible for driving quality, technical coordination, and smooth handover outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the governance and on-site execution of fit-out works.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors.
• Lead the review and management of mock-ups, material submittals, site inspections, and QA/QC activities.
• Make sure all works align with approved design intent, hospitality standards, and operational needs.
• Manage snagging and de-snagging activities and maintain readiness for handover.
• Coordinate interfaces between fit-out works and MEP, ELV, and other specialist systems.
• Support digital handover deliverables, including O&M manuals, warranty documents, and FM acceptance requirements.

Experience and technical requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in fit-out construction and technical delivery is required.
• Hands-on delivery experience in hotels, resorts, or luxury hospitality projects is mandatory.
• Background with an owner-side, PMC, or client representative function is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of fit-out execution, QA/QC, inspections, testing and commissioning, and handover workflows is essential.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and prepare clear reports is needed.
• Experience with CDE tools such as ACC, Aconex, or Asite is preferred.
